While I’m personally a huge fanatic of strange and out of the box product options, when most dispensary consumers ask for a gummy, they want something straightforward. The Goody Bag label, from Progressive Treatment Solutions, offers exactly that with its 10mg hybrid Melon Gummies. I recently stopped into Consume Marion and picked up a bag to see how the gummies compared to the rest of the market.
Goody Bag Melon gummies came as a ten-pack of gummies with 10mg of THC per piece. The ingredients were corn syrup, fine granulated sugar, purified water, gelatin, cannabis distillate, watermelon flavor, malic acid, citric acid, flavor modifier, and leaf green color.

Goody Bag Melon gummies were each a bright-green hexagon, about as big across as a quarter with a light sugar coating preventing clinging in the bag. The texture was a classic soft gummy experience that could have passed for a grocery store gummy bear in mouthfeel.
I don’t always mention the aroma of a gummy, but the scent from these hit me as soon as I broke the seal with a very heavy-sweet artificial watermelon-and-melon combo. The flavor reflected this with the flavor mirroring that same very sweet, very strong, artificial-melon flavor. The palate, though, leaned more into the tart side of the flavor profile rather than the sugar sweetness that dominated the aroma.
Goody Bag Melon gummies were a crystal-clear picture of the standard infused gummy. The effects set in at a standard 40-minute post gummy with a center spectrum hybrid relaxation that leaned more toward body effects than mind.
