The correlation between the number of vape carts I’m burning through and the number of miles I’m driving each week is very strong. The busier I get, the more oil I burn through. With harvest season, multiple events, and a family’s worth of running to do, I’ve been hitting high marks for both mileage and carts lately, so I headed to nuEra Champaign and picked up a Bloom Granddaddy Purple Disposable Vape to make sure I was stocked.

This Bloom Surf Granddaddy Purple disposable vape is a distillate vape infused with botanically derived terpenes. This vape tested at 0.26% CBD, 82.5% THC, and 86.25% total cannabinoids. The label indicated that botanical terpenes were 8% of the total oil.

The Surf is another approach to elevating the disposable vape. Roughly the size of a lighter with a rounded surfboard shape, the Surf had no buttons, settings, or even charge port. The top third of the Surf is a shiny black translucent plastic that acts as the mouthpiece and reveals the remaining oil level when held up to light. The rest of the device is a smooth soft touch beige plastic, and the entire device is very discrete.

The flavor was candy sweet, led by artificial grape, berry, cotton candy, and grapefruit. The sweetness of the entire profile was surprising and tasted more of candy than vaporizer. The simplicity to the flavor profile made for a vapor that disappeared from the palate and air quickly, furthering the overall discreteness.

A few strong pulls on The Bloom Granddaddy Purple vape provided a fast-acting pressure behind my eyes, attached to a headband sensation around my entire crown. The mental half of the experience lagged by a 5-minute span at which point a cloudy headspace overtook me.

Once the affects fully set in, the Bloom Granddaddy Purple created an unfocused, highly relaxed headspace. The high was very cerebral but short-lived, and the entire experience was gone at the 45-minute mark. For more Illinois News Joint reviews, visit here.
