The judging kits for the fourth annual Illinois High Times Magazine People’s Choice Cannabis Cup are now in the hands of judges, who have until October 22 to finish scoring each product. Though many dispensaries have sold out of judging kits, a majority of the retail stores still have several categories of kits available.
