Back in April, I wrote about my experience with Contract Canna’s Senorita Infused Margarita. While I enjoyed the smartly positioned alcohol alternative, my one ask was for something with a bit more than the 5mg dosage. Well Contract Canna has delivered with its new 10mg Senorita Mango Infused Margarita. I recently grabbed a sample to see what this new flavor was like.
Senorita Mango Infused Margarita is a 12-fluid-ounce beverage infused with 10mg of THC per can. The ingredients are carbonated water, organic blue agave syrup, mango juice concentrate, lime juice concentrate, natural flavors, natural marijuana extract (THC), citric acid, ascorbic acid, Himalayan pink salt, sodium benzoate, and potassium sorbate.

The margarita poured with a seltzer-like carbonation and a bright-yellow orange-juice color. The aroma was sweet and natural, a blend of fresh mango and lime. The flavor on the palate was less overtly sweet than the aroma, providing a mango and lime blend on the top end, before disappearing with a light agave flavor.
The bubbly seltzer-like carbonation helped to keep the palate experience crisp and refreshing. The lightly sweet and balanced flavor experience made me continue to reach for the infused drink over and over again.
As with most infused drinks, the margarita set in faster than a traditional edible. A weighted relaxed muscle sensation set into my arms and chest, and my eyelids became heavier. Mentally, I was playful and worry free as my energy levels remained unchanged.
Even at this 10mg dosage, it was easy to imagine having a few of these as part of a night with friends without becoming overwhelmed. Overall, I enjoyed this 10mg option more than the original, both in flavor and experience. For more Illinois News Joint reviews, visit here.
